Cerberus

Cerberus, often referred to as the hound of Hades, is a significant figure in Greek mythology. He is typically depicted as a multi-headed dog, most commonly with three heads, guarding the gates of the Underworld to prevent the dead from escaping.

Cerberus is the offspring of the monsters Echidna and Typhon. He is best known for his encounter with Heracles, who was tasked with capturing him as one of his twelve labors.
